Return Policy – Paul & Lisa Melbourne
At Paul & Lisa Melbourne, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return your item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Conditions

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international postage or customs fees.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

You may try on the item to check the fit, but wearing it beyond that is not permitted.

Purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Contact us at info@paullisa.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs fees or delivery charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability

Paul & Lisa Melbourne is not responsible for any lost parcels if tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
